Connecting your inner and outer cosmos

Shamanism is as old as the human race. It is a way of walking in the world that views everything as alive, connected, and imbued with varying levels of energy. To recognize the world as both luminous and conscious is to walk a path of power where everything is honored but nothing is worshiped. It is to know–not believe–that the Universe is constantly in conversation with us.

How can a shaman help your life? In one sense, we are all shamans, for the shamanic lineage is entwined in our DNA. Just scratch the surface: the language of myth and ritual is one we all understand. Why? Because each of us still walks a medicine path, though we may have forgotten.

Each of us is much more than a body comprised of a finite number of bio-chemical systems. We are luminous beings of great antiquity carrying with us past-life memories and talents, genetic wisdom, and a deep destiny. Yet in our lives we have accumulated wounds, stories, and contracts that color our personal reality on every level. It is imprinted in our luminous field and can be seen, touched, and released. Inner and outer worlds are not separate but closely intertwined in ways that affect daily life. I work with my clients to help them remember that they are not their wounds or their traumas. They do not need to keep spinning in a story. It happened, but is that who they are?

Shamanic work does not require years of office visits to be effective. You may experience positive results in as little as one session. More likely you will need three or four sessions within to fully activate a deeper healing process.

What shamanism is not
