All single sessions are $125; approximately 2 hours
Sessions are usually two hours. Remote sessions are via open phone line. In-person sessions are in my office. There is no difference in effect or outcome.
First-time sessions most often involve some kind of dense-energy extraction, chakra clearing, and illumination around an emotional or physical issue. A presenting issue may even be as vague as “I feel stuck,” “I’m spinning,” or “I feel like my energy is leaking.” At the very least, you will leave a session feeling as if there is “more” of you.
Before a session we will have communicated a little through email, phone, or both to determine whether I can help, what kind of intervention might be appropriate, and when. For remote sessions and first-time clients, your credit card payment will be your confirmation. You may pay by check or cash in person.

What happens?
We’ll talk briefly and I will scan you. Then I put you on a massage table, and we proceed with the work. There is no disrobing. You might be aware of me using various tools such as sage, stones, rattles, feathers, and spirit water as I work with your energetic anatomy. Much of the time I am at your head, side, or feet. Client experiences differ, but typically they enter a light trance and may see images, colors, or experience emotions associated with something that is coming up for recognition and release. My intention is always to provide a safe container for your experience. After the work, we discuss the experience and possible next steps. I will give you some homework to help anchor and further the process.
From my own experience I can say that at the very least you will feel afterward as if there is “more of you” and that you have energy sufficient to move more fully into your life — perhaps for the first time in a long time.
Below are some of the most common sessions. I will work with you to determine an appropriate intervention.
Illumination: We are surrounded by an energetic field that contains, sustains, and informs our physical and emotional aspects. An illumination clears dense energy from the luminous body and erases imprints of disease. This simple engagement is both sweet and powerful and is basic to all my energy work. After an illumination you feel as if there is ‘more’ of you, less stuck. The issues in your life seem less like insults and burdens and a bit more manageable.
Extraction: releases intrusive energies and entities, their physical effects, and your affinities for toxic situations. My personal experience is that afterwards I felt as if the sun was shining again.
Unwinding / Unbinding: sometimes a simple energetic intervention isn’t enough. It may seem that there is something older and deeper–almost as if you’re root-bound like a plant. This combination of journey and energy work unties the old stories that still inform our DNA. Such ‘stories’ are contracts come to us through family, culture, or past-life agreements. You might be asking yourself, “When did I stop growing?” This work allows you to consider that possibility again.
Soul Retrieval: No you’re not walking around like a zombie. But a piece of you might be asking to return. How does this happen? Where does it go? Trauma, intense fear, and abuse — often in childhood — can cause a soul-splinter to seek safety. At some point, this might have been your only option for survival. Now It may feel as if a part of you got left behind. Often there is a contract that you made with yourself. Now it needs to be rewritten because it no longer serves you. This combination of journey work and sacred drama restores ‘missing’ soul pieces. You rewrite your contract. (Must be preceded by at least one illumination and/or extraction session. See Packages.)
Destiny Retrieval and Shifting: What are you doing here anyway? Some people feel like castaways, waiting a ship to rescue them; others, that their earlier life-dreams have run out of gas. In fact, you are here by choice and can renew your purpose or even choose a new one. Remember that destiny and fate are not the same thing! (I strongly suggest at least one illumination and/or extraction session. See Packages.)
Some people prefer to test the waters with a single session. Mostly likely that will be an illumination or extraction. If you find the work useful and wish to continue, you have the option of booking a discounted session series within two weeks of your original session.
