Remote sessions

Some people find the concept of a remote healing or energy session hard to swallow. I get it. There is something to being able to look your practitioner in the eye, and minimal tactile experience can be important. Yet I’d say that fifty percent of my sessions are remotes. In many cases I have never met those clients in person. Most people who have had both in-person and remote sessions tell me the results are the same.

So how can this work? If we accept the basic premises of energy medicine and healing, then we also accept that a lot of this work takes place on a level that is unconstrained by the physical level of reality. Any competent energy worker will tell you this. Often, even before an in-person session or ever having met the person, I do a quick scan of my client to see what kind of work may be required and where we will start. By booking a session the client has given me his or her permission to do so.

A remote session proceeds exactly the same as one in person. We discuss the situation. I may perform some additional scanning and ask further questions. Then I will have you lie down face up in a comfortable place (but not on a bed!), and you will go into a light trance while I perform much of the work. If you were in my office, you might be aware of me using various tools such as sage, rattles, feathers, and spirit water. But these are just tools and not the essential aspect, though I also use them in remotes. Your own luminous anatomy is showing my inner vision where to start and what to do. Your helpers and my helpers guide me. I insist on an open phone link, because I want people participating in their own process–not just phoning it in–and there are moments when it is important to get feedback or convey an instruction. After the main work, we talk. I tell you what I saw and did, and we process the experience a little. You will come away with homework of various kinds to anchor the work of the session and to give you path to follow.
